When will my order arrive?
The Manufacturing Time varies from 20 to 35 business days depending on the type of product. To know the manufacturing time of your piece, in the product description you can find a tab with the estimated time.
In the following table, you can know the manufacturing times according to the service, for each type of product.

IMPORTANT: In case of requesting several products in your order, all products will be sent together in the time specified by the product that is later in its production. If you require that a product be sent before, please place different orders and pay the shipping corresponding to each one.

It is important to remember that in seasons like Christmas, you may experience a delay in delivery due to customs traffic, inclement weather or a natural disaster. Ikcha is not responsible for parcel delays due to such contingencies and unfortunately there is nothing we can do to expedite delivery.

Todas nuestras piezas viajan con seguro ante robo o extravío por paquetería certificada. ¡Y pueden llegar a cualquier parte del mundo!

Nota: En caso de acordar un esquema de pagos por transferencia bancaria directo con nuestros alquimistas, el tiempo acordado irá en función con la regularidad de los pagos acordados. En caso de atrasarse los pagos, el proyecto se irá posponiendo y habrá que acordar una nueva fecha de entrega.
Productos de Entrega Rápida
Los Productos In Stock se encuentran en nuestro inventario y serán mandados en un tiempo de 2 a 3 días hábiles.
En caso de solicitar varios productos en un mismo pedido, todos los productos serán mandados juntos en el tiempo que especifique el producto que más tarde en su elaboración. Por lo que si requieres que tu producto de Entrega Rápida sea mandado antes, por favor realiza distintas órdenes y paga el envío correspondiente a cada una.
