GUARANTEE POLICIES

Each piece is made by hand by our master alchemists, who combine their experience and expertise in design and goldsmithing to create pieces with the highest care and quality.

However, if you find a manufacturing or material error within 10 calendar days, we can gladly make a change or repair.

This guarantee will be valid as long as the part has not been intervened in any way and the error does not have to do with any neglect or mistreatment by the customer.

MERCHANDISE EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICIES

All sales are final. However, if you have an emergency request, it is possible to change the size of the ring or cancel within 24 hours of making the ring. After 24 hours, we no longer accept cancellations or refunds.

We reserve the right to reject unreasonable cancellation requests.

In case the product is not what you expected, we can make a change of the finish or the piece, or refund the money in Ikcha points to be able to acquire another of our products later. We do not make money refunds.

MAINTENANCE and / or REPAIRS

If you want to do some repair or maintenance of your piece, please send an email with the product photo to info@ikcha.com to evaluate and generate a quote in case any cost applies.

IKCHA does not repair parts other than our brand.
