Through its Website IKCHA provides information about the products and services it provides, offering the possibility of acquiring goods, subject to compliance with the requirements established by IKCHA that are indicated below. The products and services offered by IKCHA are addressed solely and exclusively to persons with full capacity and legitimacy to be bound in accordance with the accession agreement indicated below.

The photograph of the product is not contractual, that is, the colors can have different tonality on different computer screens or in printer prints, as well as the image can always vary a little from reality. The final piece may vary slightly due to its hand-made process and the gems involved in the piece (if any). In addition the tone and size of the gems can vary slightly in the same way, since the gems we offer are natural and unique.
We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express and PayPal. Your personal payment data is protected and not visible to the site.
By tax provision, the invoice will be issued according to the data provided through the order. The billing date must coincide with the date on which the payment was made. In case of not providing the RFC (Federal Taxpayers Registry) of the person to whom it will be invoiced, it will not be possible to separate the amount of VAT (Value Added Tax), that is, this will be included in the total price of the products.
ONCE THE INVOICE HAS BEEN MADE WITH THE DATA PROVIDED, NO CHANGES OR CANCELLATIONS CAN BE MADE. By virtue of the above, we beg to verify very well the data to be invoiced before proceeding to place your order.
Our delivery service is available internationally through UPS and Correos de México.

The shipping cost is borne by the customer.
The order number that is assigned when you perform the transaction on the IKCHA website does not imply acceptance of the transaction. In case of having any problem with your order it will be communicated to you by email or by phone.
COVID ANNOUNCEMENT: Due to the global health contingency, manufacturing and delivery times may be delayed due to changes in procedures of our suppliers.
Each piece is made by hand by our master alchemists, who combine their experience and expertise in design and goldsmithing to create pieces with the highest care and quality.
However, if you find a manufacturing or material error within 10 calendar days, we can gladly make a change or repair.
This guarantee will be valid as long as the piece has not been intervened in any way and the error does not have to do with some carelessness or mistreatment by the client.
If there is a manufacturing error in the piece sent by IKCHA, our CLIENT must communicate immediately with our CUSTOMER SERVICE staff at +52 (81) 8303 6354 in Monterrey from 10:00am to 7:00pm from Tuesday to Saturday, or, notify the error to the email email@example.com.

CHANGES AND REFUNDS
All sales are final. IKCHA makes no merchandise changes and does not make refunds.
If you have an emergency request, it is possible to change the size of the ring or cancel within 24 hours of ordering the ring. Once 24 hours have passed, we no longer accept cancellations or refunds.
We reserve the right to refuse unreasonable cancellation requests.
REPAIRS If you wish to make any repairs or maintenance of your part, please send an email with the product photo to firstname.lastname@example.org to evaluate and generate a quote in case it applies any cost.
IKCHA does not repair non-brand parts.
