In Mexico, also you can pay directly at OXXO stores (they will charge you $8 MXN pesos for the transaction, and need to present at cashier the printed receipt you'll get when completing your order) & via SPEI transfer; please select the best option and contact us for any question you may have.
SHIPPING TO MEXICO
All orders to Mexico will be shipped via UPS, which requires a signature upon delivery and you need to provide a phone number while placing the order - this in the case of not finding you at home when they attempt to deliver (please add this to notes on checkout).

SHIPPING TO US
All orders to the US will be shipped via UPS, which requires a signature upon delivery and you need to provide a phone number while placing the order - this in the case of not finding you at home when they attempt to deliver (please add this to notes on checkout).
Shipping to the USA will take 6-8 weekdays to reach you as it was sent via UPS STANDARD (if you are in a rush, select "UPS EXPRESS SAVER" at checkout and will be shipped with next weekday delivery.
International orders will be sended via registered mail (Mexpost), which requires a signature upon delivery; consider 8-10 business days.
NOTE ON ALL SHIPPINGS
** In busy seasons like Christmas, you may experience a delay on the delivery regarded to traffic in Customs, inclement weather or a natural disaster, and unfortunately theres nothing we can help with.
Almost all jewelry is hand-made to order, if the "Add to Cart" button appears on the product info it means is in STOCK and ready to send it to you. If the "Pre-Order" button appears on the product info, also will be displayed the production time we need to handcraft it.
Please note: For US & International shipments, there may be duties and/or taxes imposed by the destination country upon delivery. Ikcha.handcrafted jewelry is not made aware of if and when these charges may occur and is not responsible for them.
REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
Because all pieces are hand-made, all sales are final. All the items are made with care and with high quality, However if you find that your item is damaged or defective upon receipt, we will gladly repair or exchange it for you. You must contact us at email@example.com within 10 days of receipt of your order. No returns will be accepted without prior authorization and a return authorization number. Please note: most of the items are delicate and is meant to wear with care.
Custom made orders (such as MY NAME collection and other customs) are final sales. When you place an order on this lisitngs, we'll send you a digital preview for approval (name spell and font). We cannot make refunds after you received your order (except if the jewel is damaged or defective).
